Let the cooking begin… so the eating can begin!

After a little tutorial on how to make pizzas, I let the little ones loose to climb the steps to go to the kitchen.  There we had the dough, flour, rolling pins and the toppings ready to create a masterpiece!

The girls had a BLAST making their pizzas and the parents/adults were a HUGE help in the process!

This is Grace’s pizza… sauce, cheese, olives, onions, and pineapple!  It was a HEAVY pizza with so many toppings!  She didn’t save many olives for the adults, but I didn’t care.  SHE was the birthday girl, right? And this is how she wanted it!

This is Hannah’s pizza with a little bit of everything – sauce, cheese, olives, ham, pineapple, mushrooms, peppers, onions!  It was full and heavy!

Megan and I had the task of transferring the pizzas to the pans so they could cook.

Chef Lightner helped too!

Meanwhile, our Iowa grandmother (Miss Sherri) watched Caleb and kept him happy and out of the way!  She HATED this job!  :)

After the kids’ pizzas were cooking, the adults got to work!

Danny prayed for lunch and dedicated the girls’ 4th and 6th years to the Lord! What an honor to have a daddy who loves Jesus and wants his whole family to love and serve Jesus with him!
