Time for School

Yup, we did it.  We decided to Home school Grace this year using a Kindergarten Curriculum.  I know she is going to LOVE IT!

We reorganized the basement so we could have a school room.  Danny built a wonderful shelf that saves us a lot of space.  Here is Grace seeing the room all decorated on the first day of school…she had to see it first thing in the morning!  She LOVED IT!

During school Grace had to sort dinosaurs… by color and then by type… fun for Hannah too!

                    

                           

And what would be the first day of school without an apple craft… Hannah got to participate as well! 

                      

It will be an interesting week, but I can say after 4 days of work, I really do LOVE teaching.  It is SO rewarding to teach MY OWN KIDS!!!!!  It is a very different feeling than teaching in a school… I loved that, but this is amazing!
